2022 All American Sanda National Championship

  • Adult competitors shall be 18 years old or older.
  • Each competitor must hold a valid health insurance certificate.
  • ECG optional for all categories
  • Per Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission’s regulation, all competing athletes who are 16 years old or older MUST pass the following additional medical exams (tested within in a year from Oct 7th, 2022) and provide a copy of proof at the time of weight-in (Oct 7th, 2022) the latest:
    • Hepatitis B surface antigen test
    • Hepatitis C Antibody test
    • HIV Screening

**Additional Requirement for fighters who are 36 years old or over.
  • the results of a stress test that is administered by a physician licensed pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes title 32, chapter 13 or 17 accompanied by a clearance letter and the results of an electrocardiogram that demonstrates normal cardiovascular function. These results shall be completed within twenty-four months before the person submits the license application.
  • For persons over forty years of age, if recommended by an examining physician, the results of a brain magnetic resonance imaging scan.
  • The brain MRI scan can be waived with written clarification by the examining physician that the physician deems the test is not necessary.

Description: The Combative Trio packages includes HIV 1/2 Antigen/Antibody, Hepatitis C Antibody, and Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Tests. Results typically take 1-2 business days. Note: Result turn around times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Our reference lab may need additional time due to weather, holidays, confirmation/repeat testing, or equipment maintenance. Requirements: It is recommended that someone taking Biotin (also known as vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R) stop consumption at least 72 hours prior to the collection of a sample.
Participating groups, teams or athletes are required to have, but not limit to, the following documents:

- Completed copy of the PDF form or register using the online registration form below
- Proof of a physical evaluation, blood test, eye exam and other required medical exams for children, youth and adults (children under 16 do not need a physical but will need parental consent).
- A copy of a valid health insurance certificate.
- One form of picture government identification for adults.
- One form of picture government identification of parent/guardian if athlete is under 18.
